Paradise Upstate and Sustainable Architecture is excited to present their schematic prototype for immediate and permanent response disaster relief housing. The concept below would consist of pre-manufactured wall, floor and roof panels that would be constructed off-site and shipped out to waiting carpenters on-site to be put together, much like you would a puzzle. This design would allow us to have permanent homes in place after a natural disaster within weeks of clearing the building site.
Paradise Upstate has already begun discussion with multiple Missionary and Government organizations about getting this floor plan built and shipped to Haiti to assist in their disaster relief housing response to the total devastation that has destroyed that country.
