Congratulations to Harry Kurtz and Julia Frugoli on achieving their dream that became a reality! During the fourth quarter of 2009 USGBC and LEED approved a Platinum certification level for the Frugoli-Kurtz Residence. Their house is only the second house in the state of South Carolina to acquire the highest level of certification that LEED offers and only the first one right here in the Upstate!
